3. Project Timeline and Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided at the beginning of each project. While we strive to meet deadlines, please note that certain factors, such as unforeseen issues or additional client requests, may affect delivery times.

4. Client Approvals

Projects and deliverables require client approval at key stages. Once approval is provided, the project stage is considered complete, and revisions beyond that point may incur additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of the approval date for the final deliverable.
Approval Process: All refund requests are subject to review. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the reason provided by the client. Refunds will be considered for valid reasons, such as project issues that could not be resolved.
Partial Refunds: If a refund is approved, it may be partial, depending on the amount of work completed at the time of the request.

6. Limitations on Service Guarantees

Our SEO and digital marketing services aim to enhance visibility and search performance but do not guarantee a specific number of leads or conversions.
As industry standards change, results may vary based on external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, market shifts, and competition.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon final approval and full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverable. However, intellectual property rights for any proprietary tools or methods used during the project remain with 14th Street Digital.

8. Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
